Shipping policy

SHIPPING:

RV Nutritional LLC offers FREE standard shipping on orders in PR.  Packages will be shipped the cheapest method with either USPS, Fedex or UPS.     We do not ship on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) and we do not ship on holidays.      Once your package is processed and shipped standard shipping generally takes 3-5 business days.     The option for priority shipping upgrade is offered during checkout.   Once your package is processed and shipped priority shipping generally arrives in 2-days.      Some locations are 3-day.   

 

PROCESSING TIMES:

Our processing times do vary but generally orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 BUSINESS days (this does not including weekends or holidays).    There are times when processing times are longer and we might be experiencing delays.   

 

NEED YOUR PACKAGE IN A HURRY?      

If you are needing your order as soon as possible please upgrade to priority shipping and then drop us and email to let us know your order is time-sensitive.    

 

INSURANCE:    

Please be aware that once your package is mailed we cannot be held responsible for it. If you would like to add insurance to your package to protect it against loss or damage, please let me know and I will send you an invoice for the additional fee. Please note that packages shipped via Priority mail includes insurance for up to $50.    Priority shipping upgrade can be selected and purchased during checkout.   We use USPS first class mail unless your package exceeds weight limits for first class and then packages are shipped priority mail.  

 

OUT OF STOCK/BACK ORDERED ITEMS:

We try to keep all items in stock!   If any item sells out we will contact you before your order is shipped!   You will be given the option to be refunded for out of stock items or the option to have your item(s) shipped when it is back in stock at no additional charge!
