SUGGESED USE: One (1) capsule daily with food or as directed by a physician.
CAUTION: Do not exceed the recommended dose and do not use in people with a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
WARNING: Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately.

HOW THE CAPSULES LOOKS LIKE: Vegetarian, transparent capsules show the contents clearly. The powder is light gray with small speckles. A light brown tint of the capsule may occur due to humidity exposure—this is normal and safe to consume when the capsule is intact.
